- Demonstrated experience with AWS Bedrock in real implementations (proof-of-concept through production).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, including:
- RAG
- Vector databases
- Agent orchestration
- Guardrails / safety controls
- Strong Python development experience (building services, APIs, or pipelines).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tooling (including Langfuse or similar evaluation/observability tooling).

- Strong hands-on experience with AI Agents and Agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and structured outputs
- Advanced Python development experience
- Advanced experience with LLM orchestration
- Advanced experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Experience with LLM evaluation techniques and frameworks
- Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI
- Strong hands-on AWS experience, including:
- AWS CloudFormation
- API Gateway
- AWS Fargate
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon OpenSearch
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, particularly for Q&A/chatbot solutions
- Experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and administration
