We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and reliable Server to join our team. As a primary point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience by taking accurate orders, making menu recommendations, serving food and beverages, and handling payments promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, seat them (if needed), and present menus.
Provide detailed information on menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings.
Take food and drink orders accurately, including modifying orders for allergies or special requests.
Utilize POS systems to enter orders and process payments (cash/credit).
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to tables in a timely manner.
Maintain table cleanliness by clearing dishes, replenishing drinks, and resetting tables.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Resolve guest complaints or issues with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of POS systems, Toast is a plus.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
