General Manager - Building Technologies & Security Solutions
Ready to lead a thriving business at the forefront of security and smart building technology? We're looking for a results-driven General Manager to champion operational excellence, develop exceptional teams, and play a key role in the continued growth of an industry-leading organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations with full P&L responsibility.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
- Lead and develop sales, service, project, and installation teams.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Execute business strategies that support growth and operational excellence.
- Monitor key metrics and improve efficiency, accountability, and results.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience within physical security, access control, video surveillance, fire/life safety, building technologies, or AV integration.
- Proven success managing branch or regional operations with P&L responsibility.
- Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills.
- Experience in project-based and service-driven environments.
- Track record of career progression, stability, and long-term success.
