We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Person to help maintain a fully occupied 6-story building.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs.
- Check the building regularly and make sure everything is clean and in good condition.
- Oversee and follow up on maintenance tasks.
- Identify and address issues before they become bigger problems.
- Work with vendors when needed.
- Once a week, visit another property to check the building, take care of small maintenance items, and make sure the property is clean and up to standard.
- Keep common areas and the overall property looking well-maintained.
- Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently.
- Basic maintenance and repair skills.
- Takes pride in keeping a property clean and well-maintained.
- Good communication skills.
