About the Opportunity
ATvantage is seeking a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer for a flexible Core Coverage role in the San Diego region. This event-driven position is perfect for ATs looking for supplemental income and schedule flexibility without the commitment of a traditional, rigid daily routine. Maintain your clinical skills and support student-athletes on a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
What You'll Do
- Provide primary medical coverage for scheduled games, tournaments, and high-risk practices.
- Serve as the on-site healthcare professional for acute injuries, illnesses, and emergencies.
- Evaluate and triage injuries, making immediate return-to-play and referral decisions.
- Communicate injury updates effectively with coaches, parents, and school personnel.
- Complete timely documentation for all patient encounters.

- BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
- Eligible to practice in California
- Current CPR/AED certification & Mandated Reporter Training
