Position: Java Technical Lead
Location: Irving, NJ / Tampa, FL / New Castle, DE (Onsite)
Duration: Full-time
Salary: $135k per annum

Job Description:
  • Lead end-to-end application design and development using Java Full Stack technologies.
  • Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
  • Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies.
  • Drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Advanced Java, Sprint Boot, React, Kafka, Oracle, DevSecOps, Test Automation
  • Backend : Java 11+/17 , Spring Boot Spring MVC
  • Frontend : Angular / TypeScript / JavaScript
  • Database : Oracle / SQL Server / MongoDB
  • DevOps/Cloud : Git , Jenkins , Docker , Kubernetes , AWS / Azure / Eligible to workP
  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Good to have 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
  • Experience leading distributed teams and enterprise-scale projects.
  • Test Automation – Selenium
  • CI/CD
