VCA Bay Area Animal Hospital Team is looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant
Location : 4501 Shattuck Ave., Oakland, CA 94609
Compensation : $ 21 - $ 30 / hr
Schedule: 4 x 10 hour days
VCA Bay Area Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Experienced Veterinary Assistants to join the team at AAHA 7-Doctor GP and exotics practice in Oakland, CA We see all mammals, including rabbits. Come see if our team is a good fit for you In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.

Duties will include:
- Maintaining medical records.
- Preparing surgical suite and surgical patients.
- Filling prescriptions.
- Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.
- Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for boarded and hospitalized pets.
