What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential systems across Charlotte, Concord, and Hickory.

• Executing safety evaluations, panel upgrades, and rewires to bring homes up to code.

• Following our structured C.U.S.T.O.M.E.R. service process to educate homeowners on safety solutions.

• Managing dispatches, presenting options, and reviewing invoices directly on your iPad.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 4+ years of professional residential electrical service, repair, or renovation.

• Clean Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Professional Pride: Strong communication, clean work habits, and a process-driven mindset.

• Tech Skills: Comfortable using field software on tablets (ServiceTitan experience is a major plus).
