JOB SUMMARY: Provide routine plant maintenance services ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Daily trash removal throughout the plant and offices
- Parts pickup and deliveries, as instructed
- Recycling all materials throughout the plant and offices
- Mow grass
- Plow snow
- Painting
- Project work
- Clean Windows / Mirrors
- Restroom Maintenance
SECONDARY DUTIES:
- Setup meeting rooms
- Move office furniture and equipment
- Provide customer, clients, and company officer transportation
- All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Judgement, Drive and Initiative, Flexibility, Tact and Diplomacy, and Timeliness
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Valid driver’s license, and obtain/maintain Fork Truck Operators License, as well as JLG License. Commercial electricity experience a plus.
Hours: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Overtime as needed.
