Job Summary and Description
Supports and maintains the
Facilities Management System (FMS), in addition to other systems supported by
the Facilities team. Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned
functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity,
testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process
improvement opportunities. Supports facility system upgrades, patches, testing,
and other technical projects as assigned.
Reports to the District Facilities
Management Department.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training that equates to the required degree.
- Three years of relevant experience in facilities management systems, CMMS/EAM administration, or a related technical field.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Five years of relevant experience.
- Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management or facility management systems, including configuration, workflow design, and reporting.
- Experience in data manipulation, developing facilities/operations reports, and/or working in a higher education or public sector environment.
- One or more years of project management experience.
- Systems implementation experience, preferably Maximo or equivalent CMMS/EAM platform.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must have a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization's insurers.
- IBM Maximo certification or equivalent CMMS/EAM certification preferred.
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
