Job Summary
- EMT / Paramedic crews respond to calls to provide efficient and immediate care for patients.
- ALS and BLS Certified
- 70% of calls are emergency transport to emergency rooms.
- Work closely with dispatcher/operations to determine the best way to respond to calls.
- Use verbal and written communication skills to accurately capture details of patient care.
- Prior knowledge of HEMS Mobile Touch is a plus
- Follow company protocols and standards of care.
- Be responsible for proper PPE/inventory on your squad.
ALL squads are equipped with light-weight Stryker POWER cots
- Lifepak 15 Monitors
- NO bariatric patients
Compensation:
$20 -25 per hour, EMT Basics depending on experience.
$25-$30 per hour, Paramedics depending on experience
Quarterly Profit-sharing bonus
Quarterly Merit bonus
Year-end bonus
