- A strong background in software development is essential, typically with at least 9 years of experience in software development roles.
- The technical lead should have expertise in React, node, .net core programming languages, frameworks, and They should have hands-on experience in designing and developing complex software systems. Experience with Azure Cloud is required.

- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The technical lead should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. They should be able to analyze complex technical challenges, identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- They should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product owners, designers, and testers.
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle:
- The technical lead should have a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience in following industry best practices and standards throughout the development process is important.
