Position Overview: Curemed Health is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As the first point of contact for our facility, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and visitors. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
- Collect and update patient information accurately.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
