Descripción del puesto:
Buscamos docentes entusiastas y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de instructores de educación para padres
Como instructor, impartirá clases utilizando el currículo proporcionado por nuestra organización. Su objetivo será crear un ambiente de aprendizaje acogedor y brindar a los padres las herramientas necesarias para ayudar a sus hijos a alcanzar su máximo potencial.
Perfil del candidato ideal:
- Se valorará el dominio del español y del inglés.
- Experiencia en la enseñanza de adultos.
- Persona responsable y confiable.
Responsabilidades:
- Impartir talleres para padres y familias en las escuelas asignadas.
- Registrar la asistencia.
- Dar seguimiento al progreso de los estudiantes y documentarlo para el docente titular.
- Reportar incidentes de conducta.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura o título superior obtenido en Estados Unidos o en otros países.
- Se prefiere experiencia previa como maestro suplente.
- Comprensión de los principios del desarrollo infantil y de las mejores prácticas de enseñanza y manejo del aula.
- Conocimiento de las normas de salud, seguridad e higiene en el aula y capacidad para cumplirlas rigurosamente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Se valorará la experiencia o certificación en las siguientes áreas:
- Certificación de Google.
- Formación como educador del programa Parent Project.
- STEM: ciencias, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas.
- Programación y robótica.
- Certificación TESOL para la enseñanza del inglés a hablantes de otros idiomas.
- Matemáticas.
- Ciencias.
- Salud mental.
