Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with others.

Strong organizational habits and comfort with basic computer software.

Career minded vision.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Responsibilities

Connect with community members to discuss their insurance needs and financial goals.

Educate clients on various coverage options to help them protect what matters most.

Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients through networking and local outreach.

Prepare and present insurance quotes that align with specific household requirements.

Document client interactions accurately within our internal systems.

Engage in ongoing training to refine your sales approach and product knowledge.
