BAKER
Position Summary:
Develop a department atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding the highest customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals. Help assist the department manager in exceeding goals for gross profit, shrink, and sales. Instill in others the daily goal of accomplishing Renfroe’s mission statement.
Essential Job Functions:

Greet customers and fellow employees with an attitude of professionalism by communicating in a respectful and courteous way.

Instill a clean and organized impression on customers by your appearance and work area conditions.

Prepare and stock baked goods in accordance with store policy and customer needs.

Maintain acceptable product temperature by monitoring coolers, freezers, and display cases.

Ensure fresh and safe product conditions for customers.

Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and well organized.

Monitor floor conditions to ensure the safety of customers and fellow employees.

Maintain wash and sanitized utensils for processing and serving products to customers.

Maintain proper rotation of products to ensure customers are receiving the freshest possible product.

Report all safety risks or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft, or fraud.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Physical requirements include but may not be limited to standing long periods of time, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, or continually using your fingers or wrist.

Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
