Senior Power Platform Developer
San Antonio, TX
Pay From: $55 per hour
MUST:
Experience Senior Power Platform Developer
Six + years of progressive experience in application/software development, including strong Microsoft Power Platform experience.
Active security clearance and/or favorable Tier 3 investigation highly preferred
Previous experience as a Senior or Lead Developer, including mentoring junior developers.
Advanced hands-on experience with Power Apps Model-Driven development.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security.
Strong experience with Power Automate, including complex flows and integrations.
Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboards, Power Query, data modeling, DAX, and KPIs.
Experience with Canvas Apps and Power Fx.
Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Working knowledge of SQL and enterprise data sources.
Experience with Power Platform Solutions and ALM.
Experience working directly with customers gathering and translating requirements.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification required at start.
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
Previous DHA, DoD, VA, or Federal Government experience (preferred).
Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-400 (preferred).
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors (preferred).
Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and Section 508 requirements (preferred).
DUTIES:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps Model-Driven applications.
Design and configure Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows supporting complex business processes, approvals, notifications, and system integrations.
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports, including Power Query, data modeling, DAX, KPIs, and interactive visualizations.
Develop and support Canvas Apps and Power Fx as needed.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, Dataverse, and APIs.
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, knowledge bases, permissions, and content.
Work directly with customers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
