Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA HCM Practice to support a GlobalView payroll implementation project in Sweden. The consultant will serve as a Payroll / GlobalView Business Analyst, providing functional and analytical support throughout the implementation leading up to a January 2027 go-live.
Responsibilities:

Provide functional expertise for the Sweden payroll stream of a GlobalView implementation.

Participate in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and validation of payroll processes and configuration.

Collaborate with client and vendor teams to ensure compliance with Sweden-specific payroll and statutory requirements.

Support data migration, parallel testing, and issue resolution during project phases.

Liaise between business and technical teams to communicate payroll requirements and ensure accurate system setup.

Contribute to process documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Qualification(s):
-
Proven experience supporting ADP GlobalView implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of Sweden payroll processes, legislation, and statutory compliance.

Experience with payroll testing, data validation, and process documentation.

Fluency in English; Swedish language skills highly desirable.
Preferred Qualification(s):
-
Experience in multinational or regional payroll transformation projects.

Familiarity with SAP HCM or similar HRIS environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Duration:
This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an anticipated start date of January 2026 and an initial duration through January 2027, with the possibility of extension.
Level of Effort:
Full-time during key project phases, including testing and go-live.
Working Hours:
Primarily EMEA business hours. Remote work possible with alignment to European time zones.
