What You’ll Do:
As a Back of House Team Member, you will:
- Prepare and assemble food accurately and efficiently
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines
- Work alongside a strong kitchen team to maintain speed and quality
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked
- Communicate clearly with teammates during busy shifts
- Support a smooth flow from kitchen to guest
