Overview We are currently seeking a talented and experienced temporary Recruiting/Talent Sourcer to join our team based out of our Houston office. As a Recruiting/Talent Sourcer, you will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Partners, Rimkus managers, and prospective candidates daily. Your responsibilities will include building an ongoing candidate pipeline through internet research, company targeting, and market knowledge. Responsibilities Work with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand hiring needs and create a sourcing plan Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, applicant tracking systems, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.) Work independently to develop and maintain candidate flow Maintain and update job postings on Recruitment websites Contribute to the overall recruiting efforts of the department by identifying new sourcing strategies and resources Work may involve conducting applicant pre-screenings (Telephone Interviews) and general administrative support (e.g scheduling interviews, developing recruitment campaigns, etc.) Providing backup support to the Talent Acquisition Partners during absences or periods of peak workloads Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related field 1-3 years of prior recruiting/sourcing experience including direct recruiting for professional roles Prior experience with engineering, architectural, or construction recruitment strongly preferred Working knowledge of various recruitment techniques and processes to attract qualified candidates Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently Demonstrated experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Good customer relations and communication skills – both written and verbal are essential Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills a must Organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential Prior experience with an ATS (i.e. iCIMS, Taleo, etc.)
