Literary Magazine Sponsor – Argo High School

Argo High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Literary Magazine sponsor. The sponsor will facilitate student collection and production of a literary magazine to include original student writing and visual art.  

Responsibilities: 

• Cooperate with both the Activities Director in the following: 
• • Developing a tentative schedule of anticipated meeting dates and events  
  • Submitting participant lists, activity agreements, schedules, and other forms as needed 
  • Sharing facilities
• Communicate with assistant sponsors (if applicable), students, and parents 
• Maintain digital communication for all stakeholders using District communication resources 
• Develop respect through appearance, manners, behavior, language, conduct, prompt attendance 
• Demonstrate knowledge of the activity and an ability to teach and motivate members 
• Supervise students in compliance with school and activity/club policies 
• Promote the club and its associated activities
• Follow procedures for the purchase and care of supplies and equipment 
• Fundraise and operate within the budget  
• Deposit money in a timely manner (per guidelines)
