Analyze and communicate financial results, opportunities, and key action items. Run the annual budget process, ensuring alignment with company goals. Prepare monthly reporting packages and performance reviews for leadership. Review financial and KPI results, highlight variances, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide input on new initiatives and assess their impact on performance. Create and deliver financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Maintain strong understanding of key metrics, drivers, and business impact. Deliver ad hoc analysis to support emerging business needs. Qualifications: Finance Manager Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. 3+ years of FP&A or corporate accounting experience required; multi-unit or retail industry experience a plus. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to partner with business leaders.
