Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm ??? Pay Range: $54-56/hr Based on experience RN Clinical Home Health Director Responsibilities: ??? Lead and manage the clinical team for the MSO and APCS entity ??? Supervise daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements ??? Ensure delivery of nursing care in accordance with professional standards ??? Manage compliance with corporate, regulatory, and accreditation standards ??? Develop and implement facility policies, procedures, and standards of care ??? Assign appropriate staffing for all shifts within state guidelines ??? Hire, supervise, mentor, and evaluate nurse managers, nurses, case managers, and support staff ??? Manage facility operations, business planning, productivity standards, and fiscal responsibilities ??? Oversee budget planning, implementation, and monitoring ??? Oversee inventory, ordering, and distribution of nursing and medical supplies ??? Serve as liaison between administration, multidisciplinary staff, residents, and families ??? Review and oversee contracts with insurance companies, home care companies, and state/county agencies ??? Establish, monitor, and report clinical outcome criteria within the Performance Improvement program ??? Implement action plans to maintain regulatory compliance ??? Monitor and execute Infection Control plans and ensure TM compliance ??? Lead annual in-service programs and training for CHHA team members ??? Register with the DCA for RN licensure and CHHA training programs ??? Review potential clients for admission and level of care ??? Conduct TM orientation, skills assessments, and high-tech competency training for staff ??? Coordinate with office manager to review pre-hire medical documentation ??? Monitor collection, storage, and archiving of client medical records ??? Oversee MD orders, authorizations, care plans, assessments, admissions, discharges, and case conferences ??? Serve as Acting Administrator in the absence of the Director ??? Visit all private duty nursing cases annually and high-acuity cases within 48 hours ??? Teach CHHA training classes and secure required licensure RN Clinical Home Health Director Qualifications: ??? Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with the DCA ??? Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master???s Degree preferred ??? Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in a home health care setting ??? Experience with home health care standards, quality assurance, and/or risk management ??? Acute care experience ???
