Job Title: High-Volume RecruiterLocation: Onsite - New Albany, OhioPay Range: $18 - $20/hr (based on experience) Position Overview:We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented High-Volume Recruiter to join our team onsite in New Albany, OH. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring for a variety of clinical positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives under pressure, and has a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions at once while delivering a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume clinical roles. Develop and post job ads across multiple platforms to attract top talent. Source candidates through online databases, job boards, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule hiring manager interviews. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting updates. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Deliver an efficient, professional, and candidate-focused recruitment process. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in high-volume setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. Familiarity with healthcare or clinical recruitment is a plus.
