As an Entry Level Business Account Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of our customer relationships. The Business Development Representative warmly guides new customers through their mobile service choices, building a foundation of trust and satisfaction that keeps them connected to us for the long term. Role Requirements for an Entry Level Business Account Specialist Generate qualified leads through residential outreach, referral networks, and structured mobile engagement campaigns. Assess mobile service needs, usage patterns, and connectivity goals to qualify prospects and recommend tailored wireless solutions. Present wireless plans, smartphones, and bundled upgrades in a clear, CRM-supported format that aligns with customer goals. Guide customers through account setup, documentation review, and activation workflows using approved CRM tools and service protocols. Monitor service milestones, customer feedback, and resolution timelines to support campaign tracking and performance visibility.
