Assist in gathering customer feedback through testimonials, success stories, and failures to continue to identify areas for improvement. Support the development and maintenance of relationships with local businesses and community organizations for cross-promotional opportunities. Help implement and manage systems for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform marketing strategies. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations or informational sessions to community groups on our services.
