Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structureProvide supervision and ensure safety during program hoursAssist with client transportation to and from servicesDocument services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systemsParticipate in team meetings and staff trainingsRespond appropriately to client needs, including crisis situationsRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseHS Diploma, GED/HISET (preferred)Valid, unrestricted driver's license requiredYou’ll Be A Great Fit for This Role if You: Can obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E driver’s license within 60 days of hireAre comfortable driving clients as a regular part of the jobCommunicate effectively, stay organized, and bring positive energy to your teamWant to contribute to a supportive and strengths-based recovery environment
