Lots to look forward to As a Client Success Associate, your duties will include: Secure new residential customers through proactive door-to-door sales, outbound calling, diligent lead follow-up, and participation in community marketing initiatives within assigned territories and lead pools. Craft and deliver customized sales presentations that effectively cater to individual customer needs. Participate in sales meetings and engage in training programs to continually improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Consistently achieve and surpass established monthly sales quotas. Manage all required administrative tasks associated with closed sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks. Track competitor activities within the assigned area and relay any shifts in pricing or marketing strategies to the supervisor. Undertake other Client Success Associate responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
