Join our dedicated team at Compass Health Network, where you'll provide essential support, compassion, and structure to those on the path to healing.As a Behavioral Technician, (Internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician) you’ll play a vital, hands-on role in our inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment programs. You’ll ensure client safety, offer encouragement, and support recovery through daily structure, observation, and compassionate care.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in behavioral health, psychology, or social services — or for anyone who enjoys helping others live healthier, more independent lives.
