If you're ready to take your skills to the next level and work in an environment that values integrity and excellence, we want to hear from you Your Role As an Automotive Technician, you will: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring the highest quality workmanship. Conduct thorough automotive testing and repairs across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Perform complete and honest digital vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results. What We’re Looking For To be a successful candidate, you should have: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers. 6+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. Current ASE Certifications preferred; Master and L1 are a plus (or a plan to achieve). Strong diagnostic skills across all makes and models of vehicles. Experience with both domestic and import vehicles. The ability to flag 40-50+ hours per week. Knowledge of reflashing/reprogramming processes and vehicle systems. Expertise in driveability, electrical, powertrain/drivetrain systems, and other mechanical systems. Diesel experience is a bonus A willingness to learn and grow in your role. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. A valid Alabama driver’s license. Physical Requirements In this role, you will need to: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs. Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Stand and walk for the majority of your workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles.
