Our compensation program combines a guaranteed hourly wage with performance incentives, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded Your Responsibilities As an Automotive Technician, you will: Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests. Gain hands-on experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns quickly and effectively. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and achieve outstanding results. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve guests. 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. Preferred: Some ASE Certifications. MI state certifications required; Master Technician applicants are preferred. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A commitment to meet or exceed hourly goals. Aptitude for learning new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
