If you're ready to take your skills to the next level in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you Your Role As an Automotive Technician, you'll play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles while working collaboratively with a dynamic team. Here’s what you can expect: Key Responsibilities: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests. Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns. Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For If you have a passion for automotive repair and a desire to grow, you might be the perfect fit Here are the qualifications we seek: Qualifications: A positive attitude and a commitment to serving our guests. 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Meet or exceed hourly performance goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
