If you’re ready to elevate your skills and be part of a team that values integrity and excellence, we want to hear from you Your Role As an Automotive Technician, you will: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. Conduct thorough automotive testing and repairs on a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles. Perform complete and honest digital vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to efficiently troubleshoot customer concerns. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers. 6+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. Current ASE Certifications preferred; Master and L1 are a plus (or a plan to achieve them). Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Strong experience with both domestic and import vehicles. Willingness to flag 40-50+ hours per week. Knowledge of reflashing/reprogramming processes and vehicle systems. Demonstrated expertise in driveability, electrical, powertrain/drivetrain systems, and other mechanical systems. Diesel experience is a bonus Aptitude for learning new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Valid Alabama driver’s license. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
