We’re looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also passionate about delivering the best service to our customers. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles using your expertise and skills. Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to address customer concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues. Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers. At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Meet or exceed hourly goals consistently. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career growth and development. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Ability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Capable of walking or standing for most of the workday. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
