What We’re Looking For We want passionate individuals who are ready to make a difference Here’s what you need: • Experience as an automotive technician (all levels considered) • Strong diagnostic and repair skills • Pride in quality work and doing things the right way • Team-first mindset and a positive attitude What You Get Join us and enjoy: • Competitive pay based on experience • Consistent hours • A clean, organized shop • Leadership that actually listens If you’re ready to work fewer days, skip weekends, and thrive in a shop that values you, this could be the best move you make this year Qualifications • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve • Strong capability of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles • Strong leadership and communication skills • Meet or exceed hourly goals • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes • Professional appearance and strong communication • A desire for long-term career development Physical Requirements • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds • Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above head • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools • Walk/stand for the majority of the workday • Drive manual transmission vehicles • Efficiently navigate a computer About Us Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with a simple mission: to provide precision auto repair with transparency, integrity, and a people-first philosophy.
