Since 1982, our mission has been to put people first, and we’re looking for energetic and passionate technicians to join our family Your Role As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to exceptional service. If you have a knack for solving tough problems and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive the best service possible. Gain hands-on experience working with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to quickly troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department to address any concerns. Work together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. Ability to consistently flag 50+ hours. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles. Strong communication skills and a professional appearance. A commitment to long-term career development and learning new skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Willingness to work in tight spaces as needed. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
