Your Responsibilities As an Automotive Technician, you will: Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs. Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers. ASE Certifications (preferred) or a plan to achieve them. The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Knowledge of Tekmetric is a plus Physical Requirements This role requires: The ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Comfort working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. The ability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. The ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficiency in navigating a computer.
