If you have a positive attitude and a desire to grow in your career, we want to hear from you Your Responsibilities As an Automotive Technician, you will: Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests. Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. Your Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess: A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers. ASE Certifications (preferred) or a plan to achieve them. The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A commitment to meet or exceed hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Knowledge of Tekmetric is a plus Physical Requirements To thrive in this role, you should be able to: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigate tight spaces as needed for vehicle repairs. Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Stand or walk for the majority of your workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles. Efficiently navigate a computer.
