If you’re an energetic and passionate automotive technician looking to make a difference, we want to hear from you Your Role As a Master Automotive Technician, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your expertise will help us solve complex automotive issues while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns. Work together with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve exceptional results. What We’re Looking For Experience: Master Certified L1 or actively pursuing an L1 Certificate. Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential. Technical Skills: Expertise in drivability and diagnostics across all makes and models. Experience: 15+ years of professional automotive technician experience. Mentorship: Willingness to train and mentor fellow team members. Attitude: A positive mindset and a genuine desire to serve our guests. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles of all years, makes, and models. Goals: Meet or exceed hourly performance goals. Learning: Eagerness to learn new OEM scan tool systems. Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a professional appearance. Career Growth: A desire for long-term career development; we want you to retire with us Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or move over 50 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
