If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you Your Responsibilities As part of our dynamic team, you will: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results. What We’re Looking For If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, here’s what you’ll need: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 8+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements This role requires physical stamina and dexterity, including: Occasionally lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds. Working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigating tight spaces as needed for repairs. Using hand tools efficiently. Walking or standing for the majority of your workday. Driving manual transmission vehicles.
