Join us in our mission to make a difference in the automotive industry Your Role Are you an energetic and upbeat automotive technician or mechanic with a passion for problem-solving? We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding service and finding solutions to tough challenges. If you have a positive attitude and a commitment to doing what’s right for our guests, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles using your expertise and skills. Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns. Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve exceptional results. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
