If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love tackling challenges, we want to hear from you Your Responsibilities As an Automotive Technician, you will: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests. Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Commitment to meet or exceed hourly goals. Aptitude for learning new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Knowledge of Tekmetric is a plus Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Willingness to walk/stand for most of the workday. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
