If you have a knack for problem-solving and a strong desire to serve our customers, we want you on our team Your Responsibilities As an Automotive Master Technician, you will: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued customers. Gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to swiftly troubleshoot customer concerns. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results. Your Qualifications We are looking for candidates who: Exhibit a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Demonstrate honesty and ethical behavior in all interactions. Hold themselves and others accountable to the highest standards. Are willing to collaborate and lead in solving complex issues. Have 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. Possess current ASE Certifications 1-8, L1. Are recognized as a diagnostic genius. Can diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Meet or exceed hourly performance goals. Have a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth. Present a professional appearance and communicate effectively. Maintain a clean driving record and be insurable. Physical Requirements In this role, you should be able to: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs. Exhibit dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Stand or walk for the majority of your workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles.
