Together, let’s redefine the science of fitness and the art of living Your Role: Key Responsibilities As a valued member of our team, you will: PT Business Management: Build and maintain an active client base. Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings. Market and sell personal training programs through various channels. Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products. Service and Hospitality: Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts. Enhance member experiences through personal interactions. Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts. Professional Development: Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate your expertise. Participate in required one-on-one or team meetings with management. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program. Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants). A passion for fitness, along with ambition and drive. Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Basic computer and technology skills. Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
