As a Mobile Automotive Technician/Mechanic, you’ll be equipped with a state-of-the-art mobile repair vehicle, ready to tackle a variety of vehicle issues with precision and care. If you’re an energetic and upbeat automotive technician who thrives on solving tough problems and is committed to providing top-notch service, we want to hear from you Your Responsibilities As a key member of our team, you will: Diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests with skill and expertise. Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Provide detailed recommendations for repairs and maintenance. Maintain professionalism while addressing guest concerns. Translate technical service bulletins into understandable terms for our guests. Communicate effectively about vehicle issues and solutions. Perform wheel and tire replacements as needed. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Keep your mobile repair vehicle clean and presentable at all times. Master manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (provided by CBA). What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals. Knowledge of traffic laws and a clean driving record. Aptitude for learning new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs. Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Stand or walk for the majority of your workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles.
