If you’re energetic, upbeat, and ready to tackle challenges, we want you on our team Your Role As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will be a vital part of our team, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to ensure our guests receive top-notch service. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Diagnosing and fixing a variety of vehicles for our guests. Gaining hands-on experience with both domestic and foreign vehicles. Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently. Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicating effectively with the service department regarding any concerns. Working alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Proven ability to diagnose and verify repairs on most vehicles. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Capability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements This role requires physical stamina and dexterity, including: Occasionally lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds. Working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigating tight spaces as needed for repairs. Using hand tools efficiently. Walking or standing for the majority of your workday. Driving manual transmission vehicles.
