If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to solving problems for our guests, we want to hear from you Your Responsibilities As an Automotive Technician, you will: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns. Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines. Enjoy paid continuous training—up to 30 hours a year What We’re Looking For Qualifications: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds. Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs. Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Stand and walk for the majority of your workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles. Efficiently navigate a computer.
