Help us redefine the science of fitness and the art of living Your Responsibilities As a valued member of our team, you will: PT Business Management Build and maintain an active client base. Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings, using our internal systems. Market and sell personal training programs through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products. Service and Hospitality Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members. Enhance member experiences through engaging interactions. Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts. Professional Development Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate your knowledge and qualify for promotions. Participate in one-on-one or team meetings with management. Qualifications Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer a certification reimbursement program). Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants). A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed. Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Basic computer and technology skills. Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
