Together, let’s redefine the science of fitness and the art of living Your Key Responsibilities As a valued member of our team, you will: PT Business Management Build and nurture an active client base. Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings, using our internal systems. Market and sell personal training programs through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products. Service and Hospitality Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for our members. Engage with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience. Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a clean and safe fitness floor during your shifts. Professional Development Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your knowledge and qualify for promotions. Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management to foster growth. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you should have: A current Personal Training certification or a willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program. A current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants). A passion for fitness, along with ambition and drive. The ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Basic computer and technology skills.
