Do you thrive on solving tough problems and making a positive impact on guests’ lives? If so, we want you on our team Key Responsibilities As an Automotive Technician, you will: Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive the best service possible. Gain hands-on experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department and fellow technicians. Work together to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them. The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals. A willingness to learn new skills and processes. A professional appearance and strong communication skills. A desire for long-term career development. Physical Requirements This role involves: Occasionally lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds. Working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Navigating tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs. Using hand tools with dexterity. Walking or standing for the majority of your workday. Driving manual transmission vehicles.
